Travelers can get an e-visa as early as in 3 hours if applied as urgent, or within 3 working days for standard application. 1. Documents Required to Apply Azerbaijan Visa

For an online application, the only document required to upload is the first (bio-data) page of your passport and some basic information about you. Please take clear high definition scan of your passport and avoid photos taken through smartphone.

You will need to provide:

• Scan of first page of your passport (must be at least 6 months valid from travel date)
• Address of your hotel stay in Azerbaijan

2. How to Apply Azerbaijan Visa

Official Azerbaijan e-visa website: https://evisa.gov.az

Follow this step by step process to apply your e-visa online. You must have a valid debit or credit card to pay visa application fee at the end of application.

• Open official e-visa website and click Application.
• Select your nationality and travel document type Ordinary Passport and click continue.

• On next screen select purpose of visit as Tourism, consideration period is your application type: Standard or Urgent. Select starting date of your e-visa validity at least one day earlier than your intended travel date.

• Now on final application screen enter all information exactly as per your passport. Double check the information as it cannot be changed later. You cannot travel even if a single alphabet or number is incorrect and not as per passport.
• Upload your passport scan as per example and click Complete Registration.

• You will receive a verification link on your email. Click the link to verify the application and make payment.
• Once paid, you will receive your visa to your email upon approval within due timeline.

3. Azerbaijan Tourist Visa Fee

Azerbaijan tourist visa comes within a 90 days validity. You can use your visa within 90 days of the visa starting date and can stay in Azerbaijan for maximum 30 days (not exceeding the visa validity).
